SIZING AND BUCKLES

  1. How do I know which width size should i get?
Watches come in different shapes and sizes, therefore the width of the strap will be different. If your watch is SevenFriday, you don’t need to measure as it will be 28/24 width just like the original ones. For other watches, the easiest and most convenient way to measure is by using simple ruler. Please see the picture below.

  2. How do I know which length size should i get?
The strap length suggestion is based on wrist size. To determine the your wrist length, you can simply wrap a piece of string/thread around your wrist at the point where you normally wear your watch, mark the string where it crosses itself, lay it flat on a table and measure the distance between the marks. This is your wrist size. Please see the picture below.

    4.5 – 5.0″ wrist (115 – 127mm) = 100/60mm
    5.0 – 5.5″ wrist (127 – 140mm) = 110/60mm
    5.5 – 6.0″ wrist (140 – 150mm) = 115/65mm
    6.0 – 6.5′ wrist (150 – 164mm) = 120/70mm
    6.6 – 7.0′ wrist (165 – 178mm) = 125/75mm
    7.1 – 7.5″ wrist (179 – 190mm) = 130/80mm
    7.6 – 8.0″ wrist (191 – 203mm) = 135/80mm
    8.1 – 8.5″ wrist (204 – 216mm) = 140/85mm
    8.6 – 9.0″ wrist (217 – 229mm) = 145/90mm

The chart above is only general advice from us. That being side, you are free to choose which length do you prefer. There are people with same wrist size, order different length strap, and it happens couple of times. However, the majority 95% of our customers happy with the result using the guideline above.

  3. I want to make the length of the strap just like the one which come with my watch (original one) ?
Sure, you can measure your existing original strap with simple ruler. All original straps may have different length although it is the same product. For example, the straps length informed on SevenFriday official website is 125/85, but some of our previous customer informed us that their original strap is 125/80. Other said theirs are 120/85. Based on that experiences, we suggested you to measure yours first for perfect outcome.
  4. Do you have women size?
All of Malio strap is handmade and pre-ordered. So, it is fully customisable. Especially if you’re women, you need to measure your wrist for perfect fit, as the wrist size for most women are not the same. For example, based on SevenFriday official website, the XS (Extra Short) size is 110/75. Most women can use this size, but usually for the smaller wrist’s one, it is better to go for smaller length
  5. What buckle do you provide?
Malio Straps provide screw in curved removable buckle and thumbnail buckle
  6. Can I use my original buckle?
    Sure, you can!
